I.R.I.S, Inc. Celebrates 2nd Anniversary!

I.R.I.S., Inc. (International Resources & Information Services, Inc.) celebrates its 2^nd Year Anniversary with great successes. I.R.I.S., Inc., a.k.a. IRISINC, the founders have been in several successful business ventures for over 30 years. This day is special, because the corporation was a part of combined efforts to place all past business ventures under one conglomerate. This is the ultimate corporation for the founders, unlike any other. IRISINC specializes in two divisions (Personal/Business & Entertainment Services), with one subsidiary known as Zuberi Music Entertainment. (Music, Fashion & Event Planning Services).

Robert K.L. Buchanan II, Co-founder, President & C.O.O., further went in detail on Monday when he stated, “We are a unique business concierge corporation catering to different clients globally. All of our clients have specific needs. Our intentions are to meet every goal with precise commitment, dedication, and professionalism. Our drive is mission oriented in all that we represent. We see our corporation as a leader to assist others to assist themselves in today’s most difficult times.”

I.R.I.S., Inc. has many accomplishments in such a short time. Below are just a few celebrated:

·                     Assisted the Central Indiana Sarcoidosis Support Group, Inc. with achieving a State of Indiana Governor Proclamation. The proclamation is for those who suffer with the Sarcoid illness and a day is set aside state-wide. Each day is a challenge that must be fought. I.R.I.S., Inc. also assisted C.I.S.S.G., Inc. with the I.R.S. corporate tax services.

·                     Obtained ongoing U.S. Client Art agreements to represent World Class Artist & Painter Nenad Bulajic of Belgrade, Serbia. I.R.I.S., Inc. is the U.S. official representative and agent of Mr. Bulajic. ·                     HXE, LLC. is a primary client and ongoing business associate that led I.R.I.S., Inc. to make a decision to enter the technical engineering & manufacturing market. The technical engineering & manufacturing area is now being operated under the Business Services area of I.R.I.S., Inc. Achievements with great success in providing the continued administration, document preparation, with the necessary consulting, to obtain HXE, LLC. their (DBE) Disadvantaged Business Enterprise Certification for Phoenix, AZ. Phoenix, AZ is the second state served by HXE, LLC. Current work is in progress for HXE, LLC with CCR, SAM and SBA 8 (a) certifications, which will be completed by 2013 year end. Negotiations with major Federal, State & Local organizations are ongoing with representation from I.R.I.S., Inc. Currently I.R.I.S., Inc. represent HXE, LLC. in South Carolina and Arizona.

·                      The C.E.O. Ricky Crayton in 2012 announced a commitment to a retail division under I.R.I.S., Inc. Business Services. The anticipated time frame is summer 2013. The products include original African handmade jewelry & specific authentic garments that will be announced late spring 2012. Another announcement that is in development, is the intent to acquire investors for a Gourmet Burger & Fries restaurant in Atlanta, GA. No details will be given until it is all unveiled due to original confidential concepts. Robert Buchanan II and the staff are currently working on these developments.

·                      I.R.I.S., Inc. announced a headquarter office in both Atlanta, GA & Indianapolis, IN.

·                     Unemployed and employed workers were assisted with credit correction, professional resume’ and cover letter packages. Each client achieved employment. Consultation was provided regarding new training assistance, and career change alternatives. Continuous network is provided for the clients on federal, state & local levels.

·                     Robert Buchanan II, President of I.R.I.S., Inc was elected Executive Director of Recovery Through The Light House, Inc. in Indianapolis, IN. This 501 (c)(3) organization is a social welfare organization assisting women, with or without children in the foster care system. RTTLH, Inc. is a non for profit sister company of I.R.I.S., Inc.

·                     I.R.IS., Inc. showcased its subsidiary Zuberi Music Entertainment serving Orlando, FL, Atlanta, GA, Greenville, SC, Charlotte, NC, Chicago, IL & Indianapolis, IN.
